Masters In Social Work Nj

Does anyone know of any NJ Social Work agencies that will pay for my MSW?
I am graduating Rutgers with my BSW in May, and I would like to go for my MSW right away, but my family is telling me to first get a job with an agency that will pay for my Masters degree. Being that most Social work positions and agencies in New Jersey require an MSW, I don’t know if this is even a possibility. I thought DYFS would pay for my Masters, but I’m not so sure that it’s in their list of benefits. Can anyone advise me as to what agencies, if any, has this kind of benefit?
not sure… have you considered a loan payback program? Meaning a program similar to the teacher’s program. The teacher works in a bad school and a bad neighborhood for 5 years and in return they get their loans paid off… maybe that will be a better approach since there is not many opportunities for a BSW… Just a thought.
