Is there a safe natural remedy for cold sores?

I’m wondering if there is a natural cure for cold sores that really works – even to the point of banishign the cold sore virus from my body. I don’t ever want to get cold sores again!

Thanks for your help.

There are a lot of different short-term remedies out tehre, including prescription meds and some over the counter topical treatments. But the only one natural remedy for cold sores I’ve found is a little different and most people (including me) report never having an outbreak again.
